Talk with a rock (2015)

Once in a jungle among all the bundles
I found a rock
It didn’t mingle, was trying not to hurt its ankle
I watched it talk

“Everything falls apart when you come to this side”
“How could bright marble like you be so grim?” said I
“Doesn’t hurt. Can’t even move”
So I decided to study it

This rock has been slashed
Choosing to be smashed but not hoping to be trashed

“Whatever you say, you are a rock
You will never be those clouds that disappear in the sky”
It did not hesitate
“Well, I don’t need to. I shall be a rock until I die”

Then I said good night to him
